Aviateur Petit Rouzaire 100g
Description
Rouzaire has been an independent family owned company for 3 generations. Created in 2002, Aviateur is in homage to the man who gave wings to the world, spiritual son of the visionary Leonardo da Vinci who made it theoretically possible, that Rouzaire has named this cheese Aviateur (Aviator). On the 9th October 1890, for the first time in the world, Clément Ader managed to lift off the ground in a heavier-than-air that he called ‘aeroplane’. This exploit happened just beside the cheese dairy located in Seine & Marne in the heart of the Brie area.
Aviateur pairs perfectly with Chablis, Chinon or Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
