Description
Thyme from our local organic producer magnified in a confit with a nice transparency. To be eaten with a dry goat's cheese to give it a bit of sweetness.
Ideal with fresh or semi-dry cheeses or to deglaze a meat, on a leg or a shoulder of lamb.
Ingredients: Cane sugar (EU and non-EU origin), infused thyme 50% (water, thyme 2%), gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), concentrated lemon juice, thyme 0.05%.
