Description
A pretty cream enriched oval shaped cheese made in Champagne region of France> Traditionally decorated with a fern leaf on top. After 2 weeks aging the bloomy rind develops into pure white fluff. A rich lactic tang is balanced by gentle salty and grassy notes.
Pairs with white Cote du Rhone and light red Burgundy.
