Description
Langres AOC is a mild washed rind cow's milk cheese from the high plateau of Langres in Champagne - Ardennes. The cheese gets its wrinkled terracotta-coloured rind from the addition of annatto to the brine solution in which it is washed. The heart of the cheese reveals a rich creamy dense texture, a delicate savoury flavour and a hint of crème fraiche.
