Fromage d'Affinois is a pasteurized cow's milk,double cream, bloomy rind French cheese.It is produced from milk that has been ultra filtered to give a lighter, smoother, silkier texture. When ripe, the cheese has a mild , buttery flavour. The edible rind is fluffy white and adds flavour to the sweetness of the cheese.
Fromage d'Affinois' sweet and mild flavour. It pairs well with almost any white wine, dry or sparkling.
